Where we deliver
We deliver across Lebanon.

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days across Lebanon. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start counting from the next business day.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Lebanon. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed, and a message when it is on its way. If you have not heard from us within two business days of ordering, contact us and we will check it for you.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and a delivery returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a second delivery charge.

Damaged or missing items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
